Underwriting Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality underwriting support with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Serve as an experienced team member capable of handling complex assignments with minimal oversight.
- Take ownership of additional projects that support underwriting operations and departmental goals.
- Work towards collaborating with Senior Underwriting Support Specialists to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of premium audit experience
- 2+ years of experience in underwriting support, insurance operations, or related roles.
- Proven track record of accuracy, consistency, and quality of work.
- Ability to take on projects and responsibilities beyond daily tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
